Opening for postoc fellowship positions (max. of 4 positions) in the multidiscplinary COFUND Postdoctoral Programme "Migration, Diaspora, Citizenship" in Münster.

Our globalized world is shaped by international mass migration. In the twenty-first century, migration itself is a key driver of social, cultural, and political change including the proliferation of diaspora communities and new modes of citizenship. By focusing on these interconnected phenomena, the COFUND Postdoctoral Programme “Migration, Diaspora, Citizenship” opens research opportunities for postdoctoral scholars with a wide range of academic interests and backgrounds, who will become part of an innovative international, interdisciplinary, and intersectoral ‘network of networks’ based at the University of Münster.

At least one of the postdoc positions will be hosted and supervised at the Department of Psychology, by researchers with relevant expertise and interests (social psychology, work & organizational, personality...).

Each fellow will have the opportunity to pursue an individual research project for 24 months, (co-)organize workshops and guest lectures, improve their research and transferable skills, as well as expand their international, interdisciplinary, and intersectoral networks.
