36-month Post-Doc in Social and Personality Psychology

The University of Wuppertal, Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, in the Social and Personality Psychology Lab, invites applications for a position as Post-Doctoral Psychologist full time (100 %, part-time arrangements are possible – please indicate in your application if you are interested in employment in part-time). Position level according to German public service labor contract: E 13 TV-L. Starting date as soon as possible, fixed-term: 3 years.
In April 2021, Prof. Anna Baumert starts as head of the social and personality psychology lab at the University of Wuppertal. There will be close collaboration with the Max Planck Research Group Moral Courage at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods in Bonn.
The lab’s research is situated at the intersection of social and personality psychology. A thematic focus is on topics of social justice and morality, including reactions to norm violations. We take a process-oriented approach to personality. In our research, we employ multi-method approaches, including innovative methods like ambulatory assessment, behavioral observation, analysis of big data, etc.
