We are looking for an Assistant Professor with a focus on group dynamics, in particular teams to strengthen our Work and Organizational Psychology section. In particular, our new colleague should develop a research line on the functioning and well-being of groups and teams in organizations with a specific focus on the role of technology-enabled change (i.e. AI-enhanced work, virtual teamwork).
