We are currently recruiting several academics at the lecturer and senior lecturer level. The University of Surrey is a top-ten UK University set in a beautiful campus in Guildford, half an hour’s journey from London. The School of Psychology was rated 12th in the 2023 Complete University Guide League Table.

Successful candidates will become part of a research active team in the school of psychology and can join one or more of our research groups. One of such group is the Social, Emotions, and Equality in Relations (SEER) group. This group is primarily concerned with research that supports and sustains positive interpersonal relations, equality, generous inclusion, and civil society. Our current research revolves around three main themes: social emotions and judgments; gender and sexuality; and the self and interpersonal relationships.
