Our Darlithwyr Disglair / Brilliant Lecturers development scheme for early career academics is a bespoke programme of innovative leadership training, peer-to-peer support and networking opportunities. It is designed to support early career academics wishing to pursue lecturer roles by giving them the opportunity to experience life as a full time university lecturer for 18 months, and to develop their leadership skills in teaching and research supported by an innovative training programme.
The School of Social Sciences invites applications for a Lectureship in social psychology, social cognition or critical social psychology. Applicants should be BPS accredited and have a record of, or potential to produce, research publications that reaches the highest standards of excellence in terms of originality, significance and rigour in social science, in keeping with the school’s research interests. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality teaching and to supervise Masters-level research projects.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week), for a fixed term of 18 months.
Salary: £33,199 - £39,609 per annum (Grade 6)
