The Chair of Social and Organisational Psychology at the University of Cologne is inviting applications for a Postdoc position.

We are looking for excellent candidates interested in research on attitudes, ambivalence, polarization, and social judgment, broadly defined. The positions are embedded in a research program examining how people navigate evaluative conflict and complexity in domains such as politics, social relations, and organizational behavior, using experimental, survey, and computational methods.

The Chair offers a collaborative and international research environment, strong support for publications and third-party funding, and close integration with the Center for Social and Economic Behavior.
