The Jagiellonian University in Kraków invites applications for the position of Post-doctoral Researcher (Assistant Professor) in the Social Psychology Lab, Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy. The appointment is for 48 months (full-time), starting in September 2025.
This position is part of the NCN-funded international research project:
“Motivational Readiness in the Face of Crises: Strengthening Global Public Engagement.”
The project explores how people across cultures perceive global crises (e.g., climate change, pandemics, political instability), what motivates them to act, and how interventions can foster collective engagement. The role offers the opportunity to join a global research consortium spanning 60+ countries, co-author high-impact publications, and contribute to open-access resources including datasets, simulation tools, and policy-relevant insights.
