The Department of Psychology at the University of York is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Research Associate to work under the supervision of Dr Lusine Grigoryan on a project funded by the European Research Council (ERC) Starting Grant “The many faces of prejudice: the “what”, the “why”, and the “how” of inferences we make from membership in social groups”.

The successful candidate will have :
- PhD in Psychology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience),
- Knowledge of and interest in social cognition and cross-cultural research,
- A track record of conducting individual and collaborative research and of writing up research for publication.
Familiarity and experience with factorial survey experiments, cross-cultural and multilingual research, and advanced data analysis in R are desirable.
