Postdoctoral Research Associate in Social/Cultural Psychology

We are currently looking for a postdoctoral research associate (24 months, with a possibility of an extension to 5 years) on a project titled "The Cultural Logic of Honor and Social Interaction: A Cross-Cultural Comparison", funded by a 5-year European Research Council Consolidator Grant led by Ayse Uskul.
This is an interdisciplinary project investigating the role of honour in social interactional processes by integrating insights from social/cultural psychology, behavioral economics, and anthropology. It will be conducted using economic games, experiments, and surveys in Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Lebanon, Egypt, and Tunisia, as well as the US, the UK, Japan and Korea to provide a broader comparative perspective.
This post is for researchers trained in social/cultural psychology, who have excellent organizational and communicational skills. The successful candidate will be based at the University of Kent within the vibrant social psychology group working with Ayse Uskul and an international team of researchers in 11 other locations.
