A full-time postdoctoral position to work on a large UKRI-funded interdisciplinary project in the University of Sussex

As a postdoctoral Research Fellow, a successful candidate will work on a large UKRI-funded interdisciplinary project on enhancing climate resilience among farming and pastoralist communities in eastern Africa, led by Prof. Anna Rabinovich. The postdoctoral researcher will contribute to the Social Psychology stream, which will test a group-based intervention aimed at supporting implementation of co-selected solutions to land degradation by harnessing social psychological processes.
