The annual International Contact Research Network (ICRN) Summit 2026 will take place 5–7 July 2026 in Karlsruhe, Germany (hybrid format). As a post-conference meeting of the EASP General Meeting, the summit brings together researchers working on intergroup contact to share research, foster collaboration, and develop new projects.
We invite abstract submissions for research presentations, blitz presentations, and poster presentations of both past research and work in progress/future research ideas to be included in the core ICRN meeting (Sunday afternoon to Monday afternoon).
Key details:
• Abstract submission deadline: Sunday, 12 April 2026
• Notification of acceptance: Friday, 17 April 2026
• Location: FernUniversität Campus Centre, Karlsruhe (a ~ two-hour train ride away from the EASP conference venue (Strasbourg); with equivalent online participation option for most activities)
• Fees: No conference fee

The summit also includes an optional “open working and collaboration space” (Monday afternoon to Tuesday), designed for collaborative meetings and project development.
