EASP – European Association of Social Psychology

Call for members to join the EASP Executive Committee

09.02.2026, by Media Account

** Deadline extended: 3rd April, 2026 **

Dear EASP Members,

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic members to join the Executive Committee of the EASP. There are four vacant positions. Elected candidates will serve for a six-year term and will work together with Gülseli Baysu, Claudia Manzi, and Alexandra Vázquez-Botana for the first three of those years. Nurit Shnabel, Nina Hansen, Roland Imhoff, and Karen Douglas will leave the Executive Committee in July 2026.

The Executive Committee plays a crucial role in helping the association advance social psychology throughout Europe and beyond, and promoting diversity and inclusion in our discipline. A dedicated and forward-looking Executive Committee allows the association to carry out its many activities and to sustain the future of the association.

We hope that you will be willing to perform this important service and consider putting yourself forward. Please feel free to contact members of the existing Executive Committee if you have any questions.

Please see below for further information and how to apply.

Best wishes and kind regards,

The EASP Executive Committee
