Call for Papers to a Special Issue of GPIR, 'Rethinking the group: Group Processes in the Digital Age'

We would like to invite submissions to our special issue of Group Processes and Intergroup Relations, entitled, 'Rethinking the group: group processes in the digital age', edited by Tim Hopthrow (University of Kent), Laura Smith (University of Bath) and Mark Levine (University of Lancaster).
We are particularly interested in papers that showcase how research in digital or virtual contexts can deliver new insights into group processes. We invite submissions on three key themes:
- Social influence within and between groups;
- The creation, maintenance, and enactment of group identities;
- Group-based decision making.
