Diversity in Organisations: Exploring New Horizons Together
09.11.2019, by Tina Keil in announcement
November 14-15th, 2019 at Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium; Registration deadline: November 10th, 2019
How do organisations manage diversity and inclusion, and how are their diversity policies perceived internally and externally? Do employees truly embrace a culture of inclusion? What organisational processes might unintentionally hamper inclusion? These and other questions will be discussed within the context of scientific research and practitioners’ experience. The program of the conference combines the academic evidence on organisational diversity through scientific lectures and poster sessions with practitioners’ testimonials about the concrete reality of diversity. The conference includes a diversity workshop and a roundtable, both animated by experienced diversity experts.
Academic speakers include Astrid Homan (University of Amsterdam), Colette van Laar (Catholique University of Leuven), Katherine Phillips (Columbia University) and many more. Katherine Philips is our keynote speaker and will also host a large public event that will take place directly after the first conference day.
This conference takes place on November 14-15 at Université libre de Bruxelles. Registration is required. Please note that seats are limited. The registration closes November 10th, 2019 at 12h.
