We are delighted to announce that registration for the EASP 2026 General Meeting (GM) is now open!

The conference will take place in Strasbourg, France, 30th June - 4th of July 2026.

Early Bird registration is open until April 14th.

To do before your register

Twelve preconferences will be offered on the 30th of June, you can read all about them and access their programs here. Should you wish to attend one of them, or have been selected to present at one of them, please make sure to pre-register before you start the GM registration (you can do this here). Be quick if you want to secure a spot, as they are limited!

Check your member status with the EASP, and whether you are in good standing. This can be done by logging into the EASP member area. Indeed, your member status impacts whether or not you can benefit from the reduced registration fees for EASP members.

Notes for presenters

If you have been selected to present at the conference (as part of a symposium, for a blitz, or for a poster) - congratulations! Please note that you need to confirm your participation as a speaker by registering for the GM on April 1st at the latest in order to be included in the conference program. Any presentations for which the first author hasn’t registered by this date will not be scheduled in the final program.
