Dear colleagues,

In the recent years, the number of EASP members that received hard-copy journals has been continuously dropping. We understand that receiving a paper copy of an EASP journal, such as EJSP, is a moment that some members hold dear to their heart as it is forms a tradition or simply is their preferred way to read scientific papers.

Yet, sending paper copies of journals around is not very sustainable and also costly for the association. Furthermore, the publishers also receive a lot of return mail as addresses are outdated or incomplete.

The Executive Committee has decided to make online journal access the default for all members, and to create an opt-in opportunity for those members who want to still receive hardcopies.
