28.05.2026, by Media Account
The Oxford Winter Neuroethics School (OWNS) is an interdisciplinary programme at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and ethics.
OWNS is an intensive academic programme exploring cutting-edge research in Neuroethics - an interdisciplinary field that bridges empirical brain sciences with psychology, philosophy of mind, moral philosophy, ethics, and the social sciences. The programme brings together leading scholars and industry professionals for an interdisciplinary and highly engaging course of study.
The curriculum will be of particular interest to students, researchers, and industry professionals working in social psychology, moral psychology, social neuroscience, mental health, AI ethics, and public policy.
OWNS is also committed to widening participation within Neuroethics and offers a limited number of scholarships for applicants from underrepresented backgrounds who would otherwise be unable to attend without financial support. Eligibility extends to students, postgraduates and early-career professionals.
Applications close on 30 June 2026. We would strongly encourage anyone with interests spanning psychology, neuroscience, and ethics (and related disciplines) to consider applying!
