Effects of if-then planning (implementation intentions) on increasing fruit and vegetable consumption in adults.
Dear colleagues,
We are working on a systematic review and meta analysis on the effects of if-then planning (implementation intentions) on increasing fruit and vegetable consumption in adults.
We have already identified relevant research through databases. We are now asking for your help to identify unpublished data. If you have any unpublished data or you are aware of such unpublished data, we are thankful for any information.
We consider studies with the following criteria:
- Quantitative intervention studies that use if-then planning (implementation intentions) to increase fruit and vegetable intake.
- Outcome measure: fruit and/or vegetable intake in portions per day (or measured in a way that allows a conversion to portions per day)
- Adult population (>18)
- We are not looking for studies assessing the outcome right after the intervention in a laboratory setting.
We would be glad to hear from you if you are aware of any unpublished data that fits these criteria. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions [torsten.martiny-huenger@uit.no]
Best regards,
Torsten Martiny-Huenger & Sanne Karlsen Melum
