Studies that examine climate change-related pluralistic ignorance
Dear colleagues,
We are conducting a meta-analysis on climate change-related pluralistic ignorance and are looking for unpublished or grey-literature studies, including working papers, conference papers, theses, reports, and other quantitative empirical work.
We are particularly interested in studies that examine people’s perceptions of how common climate-related beliefs, concerns/emotions, policy preferences, intentions, or actions are within their own group (i.e., country, municipality), and where these perceptions are compared with the prevalence of the same outcome in that group. Eligible studies measure perceived prevalence on a continuous 0–100 or 0%–100% scale and may include surveys or experimental studies using pre-treatment or control-group measures.
If you have relevant unpublished work, we would be very grateful if you could get in touch.
Best,
Magnus Bergquist and Sandra Geiger
