We are excited to announce that the next EASP Summer School will take place in Košice, Slovakia from 8th – 19th of July, 2024. It will be hosted by the Institute of Social Sciences CSPS Slovak Academy of Sciences and the Department of Psychology, University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik.

The organising team of Jana Papcunová (Slovak Academy of Sciences) and Yasin Koc (University of Groningen) are delighted to confirm that the Summer School will consist of the following five work streams taught by excellent researchers in the field:

Workstream 1: Social Cognition
Hans Alves (Ruhr University) & Moritz Ingendahl (Ruhr University)

Workstream 2: The Social Psychology of Violent Ethno-National Conflicts
Ruthie Pliskin (Leiden University) & Islam Borinca (University of Groningen)

Workstream 3: Solidarity and Social Change
Maja Kutlaca (Durham University) & Soledad de Lemus Martín (University of Granada)

Workstream 4: Cognitions and Environmental Impact
Cameron Brick (University of Amsterdam) & Karlijn van den Broek (Utrecht University)

Workstream 5: Reacting to Inequality: Sexual and Gender Identities
Yasin Koc (University of Groningen) & Jenny Veldman (Utrecht University)

During the Summer School, along with the five main workshops (each participant chooses one), there will be keynote lectures and additional brief methodological workshops.
