I am thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a funded PhD scholarship, in the vibrant city of Milan. The doctoral student will collaborate with me and Prof. Silvia Mari at the Department of Psychology, University of Milan-Bicocca, in a project focused on creating interventions to enhance individuals' reactions to environmentally sustainable foods, emphasising those incorporating ingredients from insects.
