The UEA School of Psychology seeks a new appointment to augment current research activity, to take an active role within the delivery of research-led teaching and the development of the student experience. In the Research Excellence Framework (REF21) 96% of our research in Psychology, Psychiatry and Neuroscience was recognised as 'world-leading' or 'internationally excellent'. For this ATR position, priority will be given to candidates specialising in any area of Psychology who will complement existing research strengths and contribute to enhancing our excellence in research through the production of leading research outputs, generating grant income and involvement in projects which develop impact.

You will join a School which has invested in a range of laboratory facilities including MRI capabilities. You will have the opportunity to build research relationships within the School research groups and can build synergies with other schools/faculties, commensurate with the multidisciplinary ethos at UEA, and the world-leading facilities across the Norwich Research Park.

Applicants must have a PhD or equivalent qualification and experience commensurate with the level of the post. Applicants must satisfy all the essential criteria detailed in the person specification.

The post isavailable from 1 August 2022 (or as soon as possible thereafter, depending on the current notice period for the successful applicant) on a full-time, indefinite basis. We may consider job share arrangements and other flexible working options for this vacancy.
