Description

London Business School is inviting applications for affiliate faculty to teach on the School’s masters degree and Executive Education programmes starting in the 2024-2025 academic year.

Courses may be delivered online or face-to-face, on our campuses in London or Dubai. Faculty teach in different formats, including standalone half-day or full-day sessions, 10-week courses that meet once per week or every other weekend, as well as 5-week electives. Our students range from those in our pre-experience masters programmes (e.g., Masters in Management) to our MBA and Executive MBAs. We also offer open enrolment executive education courses.

Qualifications

We seek exceptional and inspirational educators, and welcome applications from people from both academic and non-academic backgrounds. Successful applicants will teach in the Organisational Behaviour Subject Area.

Candidates should be able and willing to teach a selection of management and leadership courses and sessions that may include topics such as negotiations and influence, teams, leading change, power, organizational transformation, culture change, leading innovation, as well as interpersonal dynamics. Experience teaching in an MBA/EMBA/Executive classroom is strongly preferred. A PhD in a relevant field, and/or experience as a guest lecturer, are beneficial but not requirements. The ideal candidate lives in or close to London, or is willing to travel to London on their own budget.

Inclusion and diversity have always been a cornerstone of London Business School’s values and we particularly welcome female applicants and those from an ethnic minority, as they are currently under-represented within our faculty.

Application Instructions

Please apply on Interfolio (http://apply.interfolio.com/130402) attaching your CV, a cover letter outlining your area of expertise and teaching experience, as well as representative feedback from students/participants you have previously taught. You are also strongly encouraged to submit a video sample of yourself teaching.
