The Department of Psychology at the University of Bath is seeking a postdoctoral Research Associate for an ESRC-funded research project. The project will examine how young people’s perceptions of shared values with their peers underpin feelings of environmental hope and action.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A PhD in Psychology or related discipline (essential).
• Extensive experience with quantitative research methods and analyses (essential).
• Experience with research in social and environmental psychology (essential).
• Experience with academic write-ups (essential), publication (desirable), and coordination of research activity with multiple partners (desirable).
• Experience with using online tools (desirable; e.g., Prolific, Qualtrics, QuestionPro).

The role is expected to start on 1 March 2024 until 28 February 2026, and is offered on a full-time (36.5 hours per week) basis.
