Dear Colleagues,

We are happy to invite contributions to a special issue “Work and humanness: Dehumanization processes in the workplace” for TPM -Testing, Psychometrics, Methodology in Applied Psychology

Submission deadline: September 15, 2022

The aim of the Special Issue is to analyze dehumanization in the workplace, by considering different perspectives of the phenomenon and different involved actors. Topics may include (but are not limited to) the analysis of processes related to dehumanization of workers, workers’ self-objectification, meta-dehumanization and/or organizational dehumanization.

The Special Issue will accept manuscripts reporting quantitative or qualitative research, as well as reviews or theoretical analyses of dehumanization at work.
