Journal of Theoretical Social Psychology
Submission deadline: November 8th, 2019
We would like to invite contributions for the special issue of the Journal of Theoretical Social Psychology, entitled: Unpacking the Social Psychology of Populism.
Following recent socio-political events, social psychology scholars have demonstrated their renewed interest in understanding factors associated with populist messages. With this special issue, we seek to consider the ongoing debate of populism delving into both antecedents and outcomes of support for populism, the processes that explain the consequences of populist messages for individuals as well as inter- and intra- group dynamics. We aim to spark a scientific dialogue that will enhance social psychological theory and will advance our understanding of populism.
We encourage submissions of original research (articles or short communications) as well as theoretical contributions. You can find further details here: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/24750387
