In this one-week summer course, students will be made familiar with key issues, analyses, and solutions in organizational moral behavior.

This course combines insights from moral psychology and social identity theory. Students will learn to analyze and address issues in moral reasoning in organizations and moral behavior in the workplace from the perspective of group-dynamics within the organization and relations with different stakeholder groups.

Topics to be addressed include: Regulation and governance, diversity and inclusion, organizational change, stakeholder relations, moral leadership, ethical climates, whistleblowing.
